On the basis of an intake interview, the nature and severity of the hearing loss are mapped out and you can express your wishes and expectations with regard to a hearing solution. If in your possession, we request that you bring your audiogram with you to the intake interview.

We make a custom case for you which is slipped over the hearing aid and is given its precise fit in the ear canal. This requires an ear impression that the hearing care professional will make of your ear. The delivery time of this custom case is between 3 to 5 days.

 

We work in a homely setting where you have plenty of time to test the hearing aid during daily activities such as having a conversation, watching TV, listening to music or reading a magazine.

The trial period is three weeks and is completely non-binding. During this period you will have several appointments to make any corrections to the hearing aid. In this way you can gradually get used to all the sounds around you. We strive to achieve maximum speech understanding for you.

 

During the trial period you can of course also contact us in the meantime to inform the hearing care professional about your findings and any complaints.

After the trial period, you can choose to actually purchase the hearing aid. You will then receive an invoice with a payment term of 7 days. For the sake of clarity, we provide you with additional information regarding compensation and warranty .
